Reflection: For Lab D, In Basics of Effective Instruction in P.E. I had to design a lesson for an activity on the Ice Rink. I had picked a Broomball Lesson. Students were giving the activity to shoot, and to use the cues- knees bent, shoulder width apart, hands apart and follow through. While students worked on this shooting technique, I went around helping the people who had trouble and give feedback to the students to help them improve.
