Reflection: For Lab C for Basics of Effective Instruction in Physical Education, we were required to design a Unit Plan for the international sport of Korfball. In the Unit Plan, it was required to create a scope and sequence K-12 physical education program. My scope and sequence plan for Korfball, meets standard 3 because it is a long-term plan for students to progress fully from K-12 for this sport. As a physical educator, it is important to give students the right tools to stay active throughout there life. This scope and sequence allows students to be active throughout there life span.
